It is a qualitative research carried out in Tamilnadu, India, to identify the presence of the traits of interculturality in the catechetical process and their lack, in order to arrive at practical recommendations towards enhancing the element of interculturality in the catechetical praxis. It takes into consideration the theological, pedagogical and communication perspectives in Catechetics, from an intercultural point of view and evolves a Grounded theory on Intercultural Catechetical Pedagogy.
The theoretical part has been published as a book by ISPCK (2022) under the title: Intercultural Catechetical Pedagogy. Theoretical Scaffolding for an Emergent Discipline.
