Rights of the interested party

 

You, in your capacity as interested party, may ask the data controller, under the conditions, for access to your personal data pursuant to art. 15 of the GDPR, the rectification of the same pursuant to art. 16 of the GDPR, their cancellation and the right to be forgotten pursuant to art. 17 of the GDPR or the limitation of processing pursuant to art. 18 of the GDPR, or you may oppose their processing pursuant to art. 21 of the GDPR, as well as being able to exercise the right to data portability pursuant to art. 20 of the GDPR.

 

Furthermore, you may revoke your consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent before the revocation, pursuant to art. 7 paragraph 3 of the GDPR.

 

In case of violation of the provisions of the GDPR, the interested party may lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data or take action in the appropriate judicial offices.
