Purpose of the processing The personal and contact data provided by you will be processed for sending information relating to the Salesian Pontifical University. The Data Controller undertakes not to transmit the collected data to third parties except to the competent authorities. Treatment and conservation methods All data processed for the aforementioned purposes will be retained until the conclusion of the relationship established by completing the 'form' and within 1 year of the termination of the relationship. The processing may consist of collection, recording, organisation, structuring, conservation, extraction, viewing and extraction of copies in the event of a request for access, consultation, use, communication by transmission, making available, comparison, limitation, cancellation and/or destruction. of the data acquired, within the limits permitted by current legislation.
Rights of the interested party You, in your capacity as interested party, may ask the data controller, under the conditions, for access to your personal data pursuant to art. 15 of the GDPR, the rectification of the same pursuant to art. 16 of the GDPR, their cancellation and the right to be forgotten pursuant to art. 17 of the GDPR or the limitation of processing pursuant to art. 18 of the GDPR, or you may oppose their processing pursuant to art. 21 of the GDPR, as well as being able to exercise the right to data portability pursuant to art. 20 of the GDPR. Furthermore, you may revoke your consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent before the revocation, pursuant to art. 7 paragraph 3 of the GDPR.
